📋 Terms of Use

1. Educational Purpose Only

ABC Fun World is an educational and entertainment platform designed to assist children of Playschool, Nursery, KG, and Class 1 levels in learning English. It is NOT a substitute for formal schooling, certified education, or professional tutoring. Results may vary for each child.

2. Eligibility

This platform is intended for use by children under parental/guardian supervision. By registering, the parent or guardian confirms they are at least 18 years of age and are registering on behalf of their child.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Monthly Plan (₹99) provides access for 30 days from date of activation.
• Yearly Plan (₹699) provides access for 365 days from date of activation.
• Subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed. You must manually subscribe again after expiry.
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once premium access is activated.
• For payment disputes, contact sunnyrohit20@gmail.com within 48 hours with your UTR number.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT: share login credentials with others, attempt to bypass payment systems, upload harmful content, use the platform for commercial purposes, or attempt to hack/reverse-engineer the platform. Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Free Worksheet Prints & Built-in Worksheets

The worksheet printing feature (A-Z Tracing, Cursive Writing, Dot-to-Dot, Coloring, Flash Cards, Name Stickers, and admin-uploaded worksheets) is provided FREE to all users for personal, non-commercial, educational home use only.

• Worksheets may NOT be reproduced, resold, or distributed commercially
• Name Stickers printed using this tool are for personal labelling of books/items only
• Google Drive links for uploaded worksheets are provided by the platform admin — we are not responsible for third-party content availability
• The coloring, dot-to-dot, and drawing worksheets are original SVG designs created for ABC Fun World

7. Session Security & Remember Me Feature

• The "Remember Me" feature saves your email and encoded password in your browser's local storage for convenience. We recommend NOT using this on shared or public devices.
• The automatic logout after 1 hour of inactivity is a security feature. Any unsaved data in the session may be lost after auto-logout.
• You are responsible for logging out on shared devices. ABC Fun World is not liable for unauthorized access due to forgotten sessions.

8. Data Ownership & Permanent Cloud Storage

Your data is permanently linked to your unique User ID (Firebase UID) — NOT to any specific device or browser. This means:

• You can log in and access your data from any device, anywhere in the world
• Data remains stored in Firebase cloud servers until you explicitly delete it or close your account
• Only YOU have access to your personal data through normal platform use
• Firebase Firestore Security Rules ensure your data cannot be accessed by other users
• The platform owner has limited admin access only for technical support and security monitoring — not for reading your personal asset or attendance data
• You can export and download all your data at any time
• Data responsibility lies with the platform's cloud providers (Google Firebase, Cloudflare) per their own Terms of Service and SLAs

9. Third-Party Cloud Services — Dependency & Liability Disclaimer

ABC Fun World depends on the following independent third-party services. The platform owner is NOT responsible for any failures, outages, data loss, or policy changes caused by these providers:

• Google Firebase / Firestore — database, auth, real-time sync (google.com/firebase)
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, DNS security (cloudflare.com)
• Cashfree Payments — PCI-DSS payment processing (cashfree.com)
• EmailJS — transactional email delivery (emailjs.com)

Each service operates under its own Terms, Privacy Policy, and SLA. Platform availability depends on all these services. The owner bears no liability for failures, data unavailability, or outages caused by any third-party provider.

10. Security — No Platform is 100% Secure

ABC Fun World implements industry-standard security: Firebase Auth, HTTPS/TLS, Cloudflare WAF & DDoS protection, rate limiting, XSS protection, and security headers. However:

• No platform can guarantee 100% immunity from cyber threats
• The owner bears no liability for unauthorized access due to user negligence (weak passwords, shared devices, phishing)
• Uploaded files and data may become unavailable due to cloud provider failures beyond our control
• Users must maintain their own independent backup of critical documents

11. No Warranty

This platform is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Rohit Kumar and ABC Fun World shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including: data loss, payment issues, missed reminders, expired warranties, denied insurance claims, EMI defaults, or any other feature-related consequence. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

📥 What Data We Collect

When you register or use ABC Fun World, we collect:

• Full Name — to personalize your experience
• Email Address — for account login, password reset, and payment notifications. Only permanent email addresses from recognised providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Rediff, iCloud, ProtonMail, corporate, educational etc.) are accepted. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not permitted.
• Mobile Number — for payment verification and support
• Payment Details — Transaction ID and order reference only (processed via Cashfree — we do NOT store card numbers, bank account details, UPI IDs, or PINs. All payment data is handled securely by Cashfree's PCI-DSS certified servers)
• Subscription Status — plan type, start date, expiry date
• Usage Data — which sections you use (stored anonymously for improving the platform)

🔐 How We Store & Protect Your Data

• All data is stored on Google Firebase — a secure, encrypted cloud database with bank-level security (ISO 27001 certified)
• Passwords are never stored in plain text — Firebase handles all password encryption using industry-standard bcrypt hashing
• Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (256-bit SSL encryption) at all times
• Only the platform owner (Rohit Kumar) has admin access to user data
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing
• We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes

Third-Party Data Processors:

• Google Firebase — Account authentication and database storage (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Cashfree Payments — Payment processing. Your payment data is handled by Cashfree under their PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We share your name, email, and mobile with Cashfree solely for payment processing (Cashfree Privacy Policy)
• EmailJS — Email delivery service for transactional emails only
• Cloudflare — Website hosting and DDoS protection (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)

📧 Email Communications

By registering, you consent to receive the following emails from us:

• Account registration confirmation
• Payment verification and coupon codes
• Password reset links (only when you request them)
• Subscription expiry reminders
• Important platform updates

We will NOT send you unsolicited marketing emails or spam. You can request removal of your data by emailing sunnyrohit20@gmail.com.

📱 Mobile Number Usage

Your mobile number is collected for:

• Payment verification (provided to Cashfree payment gateway for transaction processing)
• Account recovery support (admin use only)
• WhatsApp notification of payment status (only when you initiate contact)

We will NEVER share your mobile number with any third party or use it for unsolicited calls/SMS.

We use browser localStorage (similar to cookies) to:

• Keep you logged in during your session
• Remember your preferences (voice settings, etc.)
• Store temporary subscription status for faster page loads

No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used on this platform.

📸 Camera & Microphone

The Photo Booth and Voice Recording features require camera/microphone access. Please note:

• Camera/microphone is accessed ONLY when you use these features
• Photos and recordings are stored ONLY on your own device
• We do NOT upload, store, or transmit your photos or voice recordings to our servers
• You can deny camera/microphone access and still use all other features

👶 Children's Privacy

This platform is designed for children but accounts are created by parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. All account creation must be done by a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for the child's use of the platform.

🌍 Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account in two ways:

• Self-service (instant): Click your name at the top → My Account → Delete My Account. Your data is removed immediately.
• Email request: Email sunnyrohit20@gmail.com with subject "DELETE MY ACCOUNT". Processed within 7 working days.

Upon deletion, we permanently remove: your name, email, mobile, subscription data, payment history, and all associated records.

⚖️ Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (by deleting your account)
