📋 Terms of Use

1. Educational Purpose Only

ABC Fun World is an educational and entertainment platform designed to assist children of Playschool, Nursery, KG, and Class 1 levels in learning English. It is NOT a substitute for formal schooling, certified education, or professional tutoring. Results may vary for each child.

2. Eligibility

This platform is intended for use by children under parental/guardian supervision. By registering, the parent or guardian confirms they are at least 18 years of age and are registering on behalf of their child.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Monthly Plan (₹99) provides access for 30 days from date of activation.
• Yearly Plan (₹699) provides access for 365 days from date of activation.
• Subscriptions are NOT automatically renewed. You must manually subscribe again after expiry.
• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued once premium access is activated.
• For payment disputes, contact sunnyrohit20@gmail.com within 48 hours with your UTR number.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT: share login credentials with others, attempt to bypass payment systems, upload harmful content, use the platform for commercial purposes, or attempt to hack/reverse-engineer the platform. Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. No Warranty

This platform is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific learning outcomes. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rohit Kumar and ABC Fun World shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current subscription period.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

📥 What Data We Collect

When you register or use ABC Fun World, we collect:

• Full Name — to personalize your experience
• Email Address — for account login, password reset, and payment notifications. Only permanent email addresses from recognised providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Rediff, iCloud, ProtonMail, corporate, educational etc.) are accepted. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not permitted.
• Mobile Number — for payment verification and support
• Payment Details — Transaction ID and order reference only (processed via Cashfree — we do NOT store card numbers, bank account details, UPI IDs, or PINs. All payment data is handled securely by Cashfree's PCI-DSS certified servers)
• Subscription Status — plan type, start date, expiry date
• Usage Data — which sections you use (stored anonymously for improving the platform)

🔐 How We Store & Protect Your Data

• All data is stored on Google Firebase — a secure, encrypted cloud database with bank-level security (ISO 27001 certified)
• Passwords are never stored in plain text — Firebase handles all password encryption using industry-standard bcrypt hashing
• Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (256-bit SSL encryption) at all times
• Only the platform owner (Rohit Kumar) has admin access to user data
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing
• We do NOT use your data for advertising purposes

Third-Party Data Processors:

• Google Firebase — Account authentication and database storage (Firebase Privacy Policy)
• Cashfree Payments — Payment processing. Your payment data is handled by Cashfree under their PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. We share your name, email, and mobile with Cashfree solely for payment processing (Cashfree Privacy Policy)
• EmailJS — Email delivery service for transactional emails only
• Cloudflare — Website hosting and DDoS protection (Cloudflare Privacy Policy)

📧 Email Communications

By registering, you consent to receive the following emails from us:

• Account registration confirmation
• Payment verification and coupon codes
• Password reset links (only when you request them)
• Subscription expiry reminders
• Important platform updates

We will NOT send you unsolicited marketing emails or spam. You can request removal of your data by emailing sunnyrohit20@gmail.com.

📱 Mobile Number Usage

Your mobile number is collected for:

• Payment verification (provided to Cashfree payment gateway for transaction processing)
• Account recovery support (admin use only)
• WhatsApp notification of payment status (only when you initiate contact)

We will NEVER share your mobile number with any third party or use it for unsolicited calls/SMS.

We use browser localStorage (similar to cookies) to:

• Keep you logged in during your session
• Remember your preferences (voice settings, etc.)
• Store temporary subscription status for faster page loads

No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used on this platform.

📸 Camera & Microphone

The Photo Booth and Voice Recording features require camera/microphone access. Please note:

• Camera/microphone is accessed ONLY when you use these features
• Photos and recordings are stored ONLY on your own device
• We do NOT upload, store, or transmit your photos or voice recordings to our servers
• You can deny camera/microphone access and still use all other features

👶 Children's Privacy

This platform is designed for children but accounts are created by parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. All account creation must be done by a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for the child's use of the platform.

🌍 Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account in two ways:

• Self-service (instant): Click your name at the top → My Account → Delete My Account. Your data is removed immediately.
• Email request: Email sunnyrohit20@gmail.com with subject "DELETE MY ACCOUNT". Processed within 7 working days.

Upon deletion, we permanently remove: your name, email, mobile, subscription data, payment history, and all associated records.

⚖️ Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (by deleting your account)
